Heinrich Claudius Geier

Heinrich Claudius Geier (born March 18, 1834 in Mainz ; † June 22, 1896 ibid) was a Hessian architect, entrepreneur and politician ( NLP ) and a member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Heinrich Claudius Geier was the son of the building contractor Franz Xaver Geier and his wife Spes Katharina, née Renard. Geier, who was of Catholic faith, married Philippina Anna Jakobina nee Mayer.

Geier was the architect and owner of the Amalienhöhe mine .

From 1881 to 1887 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency Rheinhessen 7 / Nieder-Olm .
