Heinrich Danneil

Heinrich Danneil (born March 25, 1872 in Niederndodeleben ; † March 26, 1942 in Neinstedt ) was a Protestant theologian .

Heinrich Danneil was taught by his father Friedrich Danneil until 1884 . He then went to the monastery of Our Dear Women in Magdeburg , where Danneil passed his Abitur in 1890. He then began studying Protestant theology in Greifswald , which he continued in Halle (Saale) from 1891 to 1893 . In 1895 Heinrich Danneil passed the theological exam. After working as a private tutor in Bad Soden am Taunus for two years , he was his father's assistant preacher in Jersleben at the Sankt-Petri-und-Pauli-Kirche until 1900 . After that he went to the Sankt-Jakobi-Kirche in Schönebeck as an assistant preacher . In 1910, Danneil became pastor there . In 1915 he took up the pastor's position at the St. Ulrich and Levin Church in Magdeburg, where Danneil was appointed senior pastor in 1922. He held this post until his retirement in 1934.

From 1923 he was also superintendent in Magdeburg . In 1926 Heinrich Danneil took over the publication of the Magdeburg Church Gazette . He was also a member of the Evangelical Union .
