Heinrich Wegener (architect)
Heinrich Wegener (* 1840 ; † March 3, 1922 in Hanover ) was a German builder , master mason and architect .
Life
Heinrich Wegener built in the tradition of the Hanover architecture school and was directly related to Conrad Wilhelm Hase .

Annastift in Hanover:
- 1897: Heinrich Wegener built the first building of the monastery as a raw brick construction
- 1907: The “apprentice home” of the monastery also shows a Gothicizing style “especially in the pointed arched windows with a three-pass motif on the upper floor and the entrance risalits with pinnacle-like gable tops”. The two buildings, which were initially separate, were connected with a central wing in 1914 based on a design by Werner Koech .
