Reviews
Seldom has a novel allowed me to relive an era so strongly. (...) A moral image of the 1950s. Quotation for the novel My Heaven burns by Petra Nouns
About the struggle for ideals and compromises, about commitment and advancement, about wanting to leave and reconciling with one's origins - worth reading! Quote on the novel The Idealist by Peter Braune
The change in child labor in Germany is clearly documented with many documents. The strength of the book lies in the view that the restriction and change in child labor cannot be traced back to a change in moral concepts, but rather as the result of changed economic and political conditions. Quotation on the non-fiction book Child Labor in Germany by Birgit Peuker
