Heinreichs bei Weitra is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Unserfrau-Altweitra in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 78 building areas with 35,383 m² and 91 gardens on 46,895 m² in the cadastral community of Heinreichs near Weitra, in 1989/1990 there were 79 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 274 and in 2009/2010 there were 145 buildings on 277 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 429 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 517 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 395 hectares and 553 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 3.89 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 552 hectares. The average soil climate number of Heinreichs bei Weitra is 18.7 (as of 2010).
