Heinz-Dieter Nieschke

Heinz-Dieter Nieschke (born May 14, 1942 in Lübben ) is a German association functionary and politician ( CDU ). From 1990 to 2004 he was a member of the Brandenburg State Parliament and from 1991 to 2003 President of the Brandenburg State Farmers' Association.

Life

Nieschke graduated from high school and trained as a farmer . From 1961 to 1966 he studied agriculture at the Humboldt University in Berlin . From 1966 he held a managerial position in an LPG, from 1975 to 1990 he was chairman of the Agricultural Production Cooperative (LPG) in Radensdorf. Before 1990, Nieschke Lübbener was district chairman of the Democratic Peasant Party of Germany (DBD). After the reunification in the GDR , he became chairman of the supervisory board of the Radensdorf agricultural cooperative.

On 22 February 1991 Nieschke first president was the result of the merger of the Farmers' Association Brandenburg and the Cooperative Association of LPG incurred State Farmers' Association Brandenburg , as such, he was also a member of the Presidium of the German Farmers' Association . After his replacement by his successor Udo Folgart in 2003, Nieschke was honored with the Andreas Hermes Medal by the German Farmers' Association.

In the state elections in Brandenburg in 1990 , Nieschke was unable to win constituency 42 (Lübben-Luckau) as a direct candidate, but was elected to the Brandenburg state parliament via the CDU's reserve list . In the 1994 and 1999 elections, he was a direct candidate in constituency 29 (Dahme-Spreewald II) twice against Edwin Zimmermann of the SPD , but both times entered the Potsdam state parliament via the CDU's state list. In 2004 he did not run again for reasons of age. He was a member of parliament from October 26, 1990 to October 13, 2004. In the state parliament, he was a member of the Committee on Food, Agriculture and Forests from 1990 to 1999 and of the Committee on Agriculture, Environmental Protection and Regional Planning from 1999 to 2004.

Nieschke was temporarily a member of the advisory board of the Landeszentralbank Berlin-Brandenburg.

He is married and has one child.
