Heishui

Location of Heishui County within Sichuan.

Heishui County ( Chinese  黑水 县 , Pinyin Hēishuǐ Xiàn ) is a district of the Ngawa Autonomous District of the Tibetans and Qiang in the Chinese province of Sichuan . In 1999 it had 56,115 inhabitants. It consists of two large communities and fifteen communities . Its main town is the large community of Luhua (芦花 镇).
