Jiuzhaigou (district)

Jiuzhaigou ( Chinese  九寨沟 县 , Pinyin Jiǔzhàigōu Xiàn ) is a district in the northeast of the Ngawa Autonomous District of the Tibetans and Qiang in the Chinese province of Sichuan . In 1999 it had 56,167 inhabitants.

The Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve is located in the district.

Administrative structure

At the community level, the district is made up of two large communities and fifteen communities . These are:

  • Greater community Yongle (永乐镇), seat of the district government;
  • Greater community Zangzinang (漳扎镇);
  • Anle municipality (安乐 乡);
  • Baihe Township (白 河乡);
  • Baohua Township (保 华 乡);
  • Community Caodi (草地乡);
  • Community Daglang (大录乡);
  • Community Guoyuan (郭元乡);
  • Heihe parish (黑河 乡);
  • Community Ling Jiang (陵江乡);
  • Luoyi Township (罗 依 乡);
  • Community Majia (马家乡);
  • Shuanghe Township (双 河乡);
  • Community Wujiao (勿角乡);
  • Community Xowa (玉瓦乡);
  • Yongfeng Township (永丰 乡);
  • Municipality Yonghe (永和乡).
