Bring on the little English women (original title: À nous les petites Anglaises ) is a French comedy film from 1975 .
action
The film is set in France and England in 1959. The two buddies Alain and Jean-Pierre, students from the Parisian upper class, do not pass the Bac (the equivalent of the German Abitur) in English. That is why their fathers send them on a language trip to England. In the small English coastal town of Ramsgate , they should improve their language skills. But the two have other things in mind than to study. They want to meet girls and have parties. One is a daredevil, the other is more reserved. Both of them soon become unfaithful to the resolution “Bring the little English women!”, Because the French course participants are easier to get at.
