Herbersdorf is a hamlet in the northern district of Freising . The place is in the southern Hallertau , the most important hop-growing area in Germany, between Abens and Hirnkirchen . Abens has been part of the Au idHallertau market since 1978 . The place has 16 inhabitants.

history

The village was first mentioned in a document between 994 and 1005 as loco Herivuartesdorf in the traditions of the Hochstift Freising . Herbersdorf was the seat of a chairman shaft of the office sick village in the duchy of Bavaria , which places Abens , (Grub) Anger, Dell Hausen , Harham, Hemhausen included, Herbersdorf, lumberyard, Mooshof, Piedendorf and Trillhof. In the course of the formation of the community after the second community edict, the independent rural community of Hemhausen emerged from the chairmanship of Herbersdorf in 1818. With the municipal reform , Hemhausen merged with Hirnkirchen on January 1, 1971 to form the new municipality of Abens. After the dissolution of this community, Abens became a district of Au in der Hallertau on May 1, 1978.
