The Heuberger Tal is a dry valley in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia . It represents a side valley of the Laubental .
geography
The valley lies south of the Weißenburger Stadtwald in the middle of the Weißenburger Alb , a mountain range of the Franconian Alb . It is located southeast of Weißenburg in Bavaria and northwest of Suffersheim and Potschmühle , between Haardt in the west and the eponymous Heuberg in the east. The settlement of Noradenberg was north of the valley . Towards the south it opens up to the Laubental through which the Schambach flows . The Altmühl Panorama Trail leads through the valley . It is situated in the Altmühltal nature park in a conservation area . Parts of the valley are protected as fauna and flora habitats .
