Hilário da Cruz Massinga OFM (born June 25, 1958 in Banze , Mozambique ) is Bishop of Quelimane .
Life
Hilário da Cruz Massinga entered the religious order of the Franciscans and received on 9 January 1994, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
