Hildegard Mockenhaupt

Hildegard Mockenhaupt (born February 10, 1954 ) is a former German marathon runner . She started for the LG win .

In 1989 she won the Steinfurt Marathon , and in 1990 she was third in the German Marathon Championships held as part of the Baden Marathons . The following year she was third in the Bremen marathon through town and country , and in 1992 she was fourth in the Hamburg marathon .

In 1993 she was sixth overall and fourth in the German Marathon Championships at the Hanover Marathon , making a decisive contribution to winning the German team championship by LG Sieg (Jerschabek / Mockenhaupt / Matheis). In 1997 she was sixth at the national marathon championships held as part of the Regensburg Marathon and was the fastest in the W40 age group.

Together with her daughter Sabrina Mockenhaupt , whose marathon best time is 2:26:21 h, she forms the fastest mother-daughter pair worldwide on the marathon distance.
