126 2 decisions Elke learns of her pregnancy, but has the baby aborted against Jan's will. Sofia Monetti, who shares a past with Mona, comes to Reutlitz. July 31, 2000
127 3 In the spider's web Sofia wants revenge on Mona and therefore uses Ilse for her own purposes. Mona, in turn, takes revenge on Sofia after a failed murder attempt by pretending that Sofia's son is dead. At an exit, Walter meets Bea, who, as it later turns out, begins as a turnkey in Reutlitz. 128 4th The dream of flying When Melanie finds a bird in the nursery and raises it, Conny wants to take advantage of this. Walter finds it difficult to deal with Bea as a turnkey. August 14, 2000

In order to be able to flee together with Conny, Jule starts an intrigue against Conny and Olli, which is however discovered when the prisoners of the men's prison do work in the women's yard. 134 10 The heartbreaker Tom manages to win the bet between him and Elke when he sleeps with Anna. Christoph is attacked by HIV-infected Tina with her syringe, whereupon Christoph now fears that he has contracted the HI virus. September 25, 2000
135 11 Diagnosis positive Christoph gets the certainty that he is now infected with HIV and then questions his profession. October 9, 2000
136 12 Confused feelings Uschi reveals the relationship between Jule and Nadja to the prison management, but notices a short time later that she made a big mistake and only wanted to protect Jule because she sees her as a replacement for her daughter. 137 13 Sky striker Conny and Oli manage to escape from Reutlitz with the help of a hot air balloon during a concert. At the concert there was a spark between Walter and Bea for the first time in a long time. October 23, 2000

140 16 Stone attacks Stein begins to take care of an occupational disability insurance. Tina dies in the bunker from AIDS. Mona has a good chance of being released from prison, but Peter destroys it. Eva then approaches Mona with a tempting offer to play an informer for an early release. Conny and Olli contact Jule, who then comes to the hiding place of the key. November 13, 2000
141 17th Cruel freedom To be released, Mona betrays her own daughter to the prison management, whereupon Jule has to go to the bunker and Mona is released. Walter takes care of Elke's money affairs while she is in Prekow. November 20, 2000
142 18th Checkmate Jutta finds out about Bea's and Walter's affair and Bea resigns with immediate effect. Walter blackmailed Jutta with her stolen lottery win, so Bea was hired again. The figure skater Denise Hartung is brought to the prison and does not make friends on the first day. December 4, 2000
143 19th Master morality A homeless person is imprisoned, but she seems pretty familiar to some. Melanie harasses Denise and abuses her as a slave before Walter puts an end to this at Bea's request. Eva finds out about Christoph's HIV secret. December 11, 2000
144 20th Moment of truth Dr. Stein comes out as HIV-positive, which leads to Eva inciting Melanie to incite the inmates against him. However, she has no success with this. In an attack on Dr. Stein injures Melanie seriously. Bea learns the real reasons why she was hired again and is therefore disappointed with Walter. Jeanette learns that the homeless person is Katharina von Preiss. She is instructed by her nephew not to reveal Katharina's identity. December 18, 2000
145 21st The rebirth While Ilse tries to explain her real identity to Katharina, Jeanette works against it in the hope of getting money from Katharina's nephew. Finally, Katharina's memory comes back. Elke's release from Prekow means that Anna is confronted again with Tom and Elke's love. January 15, 2001
146 22nd Wanderlust Walter blackmails Jutta with a leave disguised as a hospital stay in order to spend time with Bea, but carrots, which Walter meets on the street, thwart their plans. Thanks to Ilse, Katharina's identity can be proven. Katharina is allowed to leave Reutlitz and is indebted to Ilse forever. January 21, 2001
147 23 Eva's world Jutta's vacation and Birgit's illness mean that Eva takes over the management of the institution during this time. The tone changes in Reutlitz and the inmates are harassed and have to accept numerous sanctions. Sofia comes back to Reutlitz from Prekow to find a better relationship with Jule. January 29, 2001
148 24 On a knife edge Jule is persuaded by Sofia to kill Eva, which she notices and blackmails Jule to fix her. This leads to Jule betraying her grandmother, who turns away from her and comes back to Prekow. Eva also portrays Jule as a traitor to the inmates. February 5, 2001
149 25th Jules fate Jule commits suicide and the inmates learn that Eva is to blame for it. Uschi calls for a boycott against Ms. Baal. They accidentally pass out Birgit and demand that Eva be exchanged for Birgit. February 12, 2001
150 26th The riot Melanie takes advantage of the uprising to enable her own escape and places a bomb on Bea. So that Bea can continue to live, Walter finally prevents Melanie, Uschi and Elke from escaping. February 12, 2001
