Hochkoglberg is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Randegg in the Scheibbs district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 77 building areas with 18,178 m² and 10 gardens on 12,621 m² in the cadastral municipality of Hochkoglberg , in 1989/1990 there were 72 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas increased to 146 and in 2009/2010 there were 129 buildings on 225 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 543 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 154 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 503 hectares and 194 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 467 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 212 hectares. The average soil climate number of Hochkoglberg is 18.7 (as of 2010).
