The house Hohe Straße 26 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the urban area west of the Quedlinburg market square and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . The house Hohe Straße 27 , which is also a listed building, borders to the north and Hohe Straße 25 to the south . Both buildings are significantly higher than Hohe Straße 26.

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building. The building was built in the Baroque period around 1670. The decorative elements on the half-timbered facade are pyramid beam heads and ship throats . Around 1890 a shop was added to the building.
