Hokah is a city in Houston County in Minnesota , United States . In 2000, the village , which was constituted as a city , had 614 inhabitants.

Minnesota State Route 16 and Minnesota State Highway 44 are the two main highways in the metropolitan area.
Demographics
At the time of the United States Census 2000, Hokah inhabited 614 people. The population density was 333.9 people per km ². There were 278 housing units at an average of 151.2 per km ². The Hokah population was 98.37% white , 1.14% black or African American , 0.16% said they were of other races , and 0.33% said they were two or more races. 0.81% of the population declared to be Hispanic or Latinos of any race.
