The Hualong Autonomous County of the Hui ( 化 隆 回族 自治县 , Huàlóng Huízú Zìzhìxiàn ), in short: Hualong County ( 化隆县 , Huàlóng xiàn ), is an autonomous district of the Hui Chinese in the Haidong administrative district in the east of the Chinese province of Qinghai . It has an area of ​​2,740 km² and has a population of around 230,000 (2004). Its main town is the large community of Bayan (巴 燕 镇).

Administrative structure

At the community level, the district is made up of six large communities and eleven communities (four of which are nationality communities of Tibetans ). These are:
