Infrastructure and sights

Located away from the traffic routes from Munich to Bad Tölz and from Wolfratshausen to Holzkirchen , the village was largely able to retain its rural character.

The Catholic branch church St. Anna , which was built around 1500 in the late Gothic style, is worth seeing .

Culture

From 1991 to July 2003 the place had a small opera building with the Theaterhof Humbach . The venue of the Komische Kammeroper Munich was set up in a building that was formerly used for agriculture and could no longer be operated due to a lack of funding.
