IC 4665 is a type III2p open star cluster in the constellation Serpent Bearer on the ecliptic . IC 4665 has an apparent magnitude of 4.2 mag and a diameter of 70 '. Its distance from the solar system is about 1,100 light years and its age is estimated to be 40 million years.

The property was discovered by Phillippe de Chéseaux in 1745 .
