ISO 3166-2: BS

The list of ISO-3166-2 codes for the Bahamas contains the codes for the 31 districts and one island.

The codes consist of two parts separated by a hyphen. The first part gives the country code according to ISO 3166-1 (for the Bahamas BS), the second the code for the district or the island.

The current country code was last updated on November 26, 2018.

The current codes are available on the ISO website under #iso: code: 3166: BS .

The BS-GT code previously intended for Green Turtle Cay was revoked again in Newsletter II-3 in 2011, New Providence lost its (BS-NP) in Newsletter II-2 in 2010, but was reassigned in 2018.
