The Ic is a small coastal river in France that runs in the Côtes-d'Armor department in the Brittany region . It rises on the municipal boundary of Plouvara and Plerneuf , initially drains in a northerly direction, then swings northwest to west and after 17.3 kilometers flows into the port basin of the local marina in the local area of Binic . It flows into the bay of Saint-Brieuc in the Gulf of Saint-Malo and thus into the English Channel .
