Plerneuf ( Breton : Plerneg ) is a French municipality with 1053 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . It belongs to the arrondissement of Guingamp and the canton of Plélo . Plerneuf is surrounded by the municipality of Trégomeur in the north, Châtelaudren in the east, Saint-Donan in the south and Plouvara in the southwest.
