Plélauff ( Breton Pellann ) is a French municipality with 634 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . It belongs to the arrondissement of Guingamp and the canton of Rostrenen . In addition, the place is a member of the community association Kreiz-Breizh founded in 1993 . The inhabitants are called Plélauffiens / Plélauffiennes .
