Le Faouët ( Breton : Ar Faoued ) is a French municipality with 396 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . The inhabitants of the municipality are called Gommenechois in French .

Le Faouët is surrounded by the municipality of Quemper-Guézennec in the north-west and north, by Lanleff in the north-east, by Tréméven in the east, by Trévérec in the south-east, by Saint-Gilles-les-Bois in the south and by Saint-Clet in the west.
