Tréogan ( Breton Tréogan ) is a French commune of 100 people (as of January 1, 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . It belongs to the arrondissement of Guingamp and the canton of Rostrenen . In addition, the place is a member of the association of communes Poher Communauté, founded in 1993 . The inhabitants are called Tréoganais (es) .

Tréogan is located about 66 kilometers southwest of Saint-Brieuc in the very south-west of the Côtes-d'Armor department.
