Châtelaudren-Plouagat ( Breton : Kastellaodren-Plagad ) is a French municipality with 3868 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . It belongs to the arrondissement of Guingamp and the canton of Plélo .
It was created with effect from January 1, 2019 as Commune nouvelle through the amalgamation of the former municipalities of Châtelaudren and Plouagat , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Plouagat.

geography
Châtelaudren-Plouagat is located about 15 kilometers west-northwest of Saint-Brieuc . Châtelaudren-Plouagat is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bringolo in the north, Plélo in the east and north-east, Plouvara in the south-east, Boqueho in the south, Lanrodec in the west and south-west and Saint-Jean-Kerdaniel in the west and north-west.

Route nationale 12 runs through the municipality with its own connection. The D4, D7 and D712 are important for regional traffic. Châtelaudren station is on the Paris – Brest railway line .
