As a result of the reorganization of the arrondissements in 2017, the 28 municipalities of Boqueho , Cohiniac , Le Faouët , Gommenec'h , Kerfot , Lanleff , Lanloup , Lannebert , Lanvollon , Le Merzer , Paimpol , Pléguien , Pléhédel , Plélo , Plerneuf , Ploubazlanec , Plouézec , Assigned to the Arrondissement of Guingamp, Plouha , Plouvara , Pludual , Plourivo , Pommerit-le-Vicomte , Trégomeur , Tréguidel , Tréméven , Tressignaux , Trévérec and Yvias from the arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc . The 4 municipalities of Caurel , Guerlédan , Saint-Connec and Saint-Gilles-Vieux-Marché moved from the Arrondissement of Guingamp to the Arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc.
