Trégomeur ( Breton : Tregonveur ) is a French municipality with 938 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . It belongs to the arrondissement of Guingamp and the canton of Plélo . Trégomeur is surrounded by the municipality of Lantic in the north, Pordic in the east, Plouvara in the south and Plélo in the southwest.
