The Iglseebach , also known locally as the Mischelbach (not to be confused with the nearby Igelsbach ), is a brook in the municipality of Pleinfeld in the Weissenburg-Gunzenhausen district of Middle Franconia in Bavaria . It is a 4.3 km long right tributary of the Swabian Rezat .
etymology
The name is derived from leeches ( iglo dialect for leeches) that live in the ponds of the brook.
geography

The Iglseebach is created by the confluence of the Erbsengraben and Haselgraben in the Tannenloh forest southwest of Mannholz , a district of Pleinfeld at an altitude of 405 m above sea level. NN . First it flows through the Iglseeweiher , a small lake that has been converted into three ponds . Then it passes Mischelbach , crosses under federal highway 2 and flows at an altitude of 365 m above sea level. NN northeast of the Seemannsmühle on the southern slope of the Knock mountain ( 382.3 m above sea level ) from the right into the Swabian Rezat , not far from the Brombach which flows into it on the opposite side .
