Ignacio Valdespino y Díaz
Ignacio Valdespino y Díaz (born July 30, 1861 in Chalchihuites , Mexico , † May 11, 1928 ) was Bishop of Aguascalientes .
Life
Ignacio Valdespino y Díaz received on 20 December 1884, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On September 15, 1902, Pope Leo XIII appointed him . to the Bishop of Sonora . The Archbishop of Durango , Santiago de Zubiría y Manzanera , gave him episcopal ordination on October 19 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Ciudad Victoria-Tamaulipas , Filemón Fierro y Terán , and the Bishop of Chihuahua , Nicolás Pérez Gavilán y Echeverría . He was inaugurated on November 8, 1902. On January 10, 1913, Pope Pius X appointed him .to the Bishop of Aguascalientes. The inauguration took place on May 10 of the same year.
