The Archdiocese of Chihuahua ( Latin : Archidioecesis Chihuahuensis , Spanish : Arquidiócesis de Chihuahua ) is a Roman Catholic Archdiocese based in Chihuahua ( Mexico ).

history

The diocese of Chihuahua was on June 23, 1891 by Pope Leo XIII. established with the Apostolic Constitution Illud in primis from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Durango and subordinated to this as a suffragan .
