Iliass Bel Hassani (born September 16, 1992 in Rotterdam , South Holland ) is a Moroccan - Dutch football player . The midfielder is under contract with Heracles Almelo in the Eredivisie until 2016 . He had previously played for Sparta Rotterdam in the Eerste Divisie . At the 2012 Toulon tournament he played for the Moroccan U-20 national team .
