Deyovaisio Zeefuik (born March 11, 1998 in Amsterdam , Netherlands ) is a Dutch football player . The right-back is under contract with Hertha BSC and is a young Dutch national player.
Career
society
Deyovaisio Zeefuik whose roots in Suriname are and whose older brother Género (* 1990) is also football players, first played at Amsterdamse Sport Vereniging Door Wilskracht Verkregen shortly ASV DWV , the Amsterdam District Noord , before joining the youth academy from 2006 Ajax moved . In the north of the Netherlands, Zeefuik fought for a regular place during the second half of the season. At the end of the 2017/18 season, FC Groningen finished 12th. For the 2018/19 season, Deyovaisio Zeefuik finally joined the Groningen and signed a three-year contract. He scored his first goal in the Eredivisie on December 2, 2018 in a 5-2 home win against NAC Breda with the goal to make it 3-2. Deyovaisio Zeefuik contributed to eighth place in the final table with a goal in 30 games, which was equivalent to qualifying for the play-offs for participation in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League . There, FC Groningen was eliminated in the semifinals against Vitesse Arnheim .
For the 2020/21 season Zeefuik moved to the Bundesliga for Hertha BSC .
National team
Deyovaisio Zeefuik completed on 12 September 2014 at the 1: 0 victory in the European Championship qualifier in Germany Kelheim against Israel his only game for the U17 national team of the Netherlands . He then played at least one game for the U18s and ten games for the U19s . With this age group, Zeefuik took part in the 2016 European Championships in Germany , where he made four appearances and came in fifth. As a result, the Dutch U20 qualified for the 2017 World Cup in South Korea , in which Deyovaisio Zeefuik did not take part. He made eight appearances for the U20 national team.
