Indira Terrero Letuce (born November 29, 1985 in Havana ) is a Spanish sprinter who specializes in the 400-meter run , and a middle-distance runner of Cuban origin.

Athletic career

In 2007 she won bronze in the individual competition at the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro and gold in the 4-by-400-meter relay . At the World Athletics Championships in Osaka she reached the semifinals over 400 m and was seventh with the Cuban 4-by-400-meter relay.

In 2008, she won the Central American and Caribbean Athletics Championships over 400 m and in the 4-by-400-meter relay. At the Olympic Games in Beijing she reached the semi-finals over 400 m and came in sixth place with the relay. The following year, she defended her two titles at the Central American and Caribbean Championships. At the World Championships in Berlin , she was eliminated over 400 m in the semi-finals and was eighth in the Cuban relay.

In 2010 she won bronze in the Ibero-American Championships over 800 m and gold in the 4 x 400 meter relay.

Starting for Spain, she won the 400m bronze medal at the 2014 European Athletics Championships in Zurich and silver at the 2015 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Prague.
