The 56th International Short Film Festival Oberhausen 2010 took place from April 29th to May 4th in the Oberhausen Lichtburg . The topic From the Bottom of the Sea: The Film Experiment 1898–1918 was curated by Mariann Lewinsky and Eric de Kuyper .
