Ionuț Alin Rada (born July 6, 1982 in Craiova , Dolj County ) is a Romanian football player . The defender has been without a club since January 2018 .

Career

society

Rada started his career in 2000 as a defender in Divizia A at FC Universitatea Craiova and moved to AS Rocar Bucharest in 2001 . After a year he changed clubs again and came back to FC Universitatea Craiova. In January 2004 he changed clubs again and came to Rapid Bucharest . In 2005 he played for half a year at FC Național Bucharest and moved back to Rapid Bucharest in June 2005. In 2007 he moved to Steaua Bucharest for around € 1,600,000 . In late December 2009, he signed a contract with Al-Nasr Sports Club Dubai , which he took on January 4, 2010.

In the summer of 2010, Rada returned to Romania and joined the reigning champions CFR Cluj .

After a year and a half, Rada moved on loan to the relegation-threatened Karlsruher SC in the 2nd Bundesliga for six months . Since this did not manage to stay in the league, it went back to Cluj. In January 2015 he left Cluj for the Italian second division club FC Bari 1908 . In August 2016 he moved to SS Fidelis Andria 1928 in the Lega Pro , the third Italian division. In January 2018, Rada and Fidelis Andria terminated the contract.

National team

Rada played his first of two international games against Ukraine in 2003 , which Romania won 2-0.
