Irina Wjatscheslawowna Sakurdjajewa ( Russian Ирина Вячеславовна Закурдяева , with the World Chess Federation FIDE Irina Zakurdjaeva ; born November 30, 1982 in Moscow ) is a Russian chess player and since 2003 women's grandmaster (WGM).

In 1999, Irina Sakurdjajewa was divided first together with Tatjana Kossinzewa , Ekaterina Polownikowa and Nadeschda Kossinzewa at the Russian girls' championship under 18 years. In 2000 she won the youth championship ahead of Nadezhda Kossinzewa and Olga Zimina .
In the period from 1997 to 2002 she represented Russia several times at World Championships and European Championships for young people in various age groups. She achieved her greatest success in 2001 in Patras , where she won the bronze medal at the European Girls' Championship under 20 years of age.
She fulfilled the norms for the title of Grand Master of Women at the 2001 European Championships in Patras, the Efim Geller Memorial Tournament in Moscow and in 2003 in Bad Königshofen im Grabfeld (2nd place behind Alexander Gasthofer ).
In 2008 she played in Dresden at the 8th European Women's Championship. Here she qualified for the KO system of the 2008 World Cup in Nalchik . In the first round she lost to Ruan Lufei . In 2009 she finished fourth behind Sophie Milliet , Jana Melnikov and Tania Sachdev in the round- robin tournament in San Sebastian . In 2010, she took second place behind Nasi Paikidze in the championship of Moscow. In 2010 she won (together with Elena Borić and Marta Michna ) a WGM tournament in Erfurt .
With her highest rating of 2332, she reached 32nd place in the Russian women's ranking in January 2008.
In Germany she has been playing for SC Bad Königshofen since 2004 , initially playing in the second national women's chess league, and since 2008 in the women's first division. In 2014 and 2019 she won the women's Bundesliga with Bad Königshofen.
