Irmlind Berg
Irmlind Berg (born February 9, 1941 in Bad Grund (Harz) ) is a German local and state politician of the SPD . From 1993 to 2003 she was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament .
Life
After completing secondary school in 1957, she trained as a lawyer and notary's assistant . From 1970 to 1974 she worked as an assistant to the state and parliament . After graduating from secondary school in 1975, she studied political science and worked as a self-employed clerk from 1982 to 1994.
politics
Berg joined the SPD in 1969 and established in 1972 to councilor elected. From 1978 to 1990 she was circular and district councilor . From 1991 to 1999 she was subdistrict chairman in Landsberg am Lech , since 1993 she was when Nachrückerin for Rolf Seebauer , member of the state and in 1996 in the district council of Landsberg am Lech chosen which she still belongs today.
In the state parliament she was a member of the following committees:
- Committee on Social, Health and Family Policy ( 12th legislative term , 13th legislative term and 14th legislative term )
- Intermediate Committee (alternate member, 12th legislative period)
- Committee on Food, Agriculture and Forestry (14th legislative period)
She was also a member of the Landsberg Prison Advisory Board .
Today she is the local chairman of the SPD in Kinsau .
