Irschenbach is a village and part of the municipality of Haibach in the Lower Bavarian district of Straubing-Bogen .

Obviously, it was named after the Irschenbach which crosses the village and rises north of it .

history

The Dietersdorf part of the municipality was spun off to Haselbach in 1966. With the regional reform in Bavaria , the former municipality of Irschenbach lost its independence and was incorporated into the municipalities of Haibach, Haselbach and Rattiszell on January 1, 1971.
