Jewish cemetery (Fürfeld)

The Jewish cemetery Fürfeld is a cemetery in the municipality of Fürfeld in the Bad Kreuznach district in Rhineland-Palatinate .

The Jewish cemetery is located northeast of the village on the Eichelberg and can be reached via the vineyard paths.

In the 1500 m² cemetery, which was probably built in the 17th and 18th centuries. The cemetery was laid out in the 19th century and documented until 1937. There are 98 gravestones from the years 1836 to 1936. In 1903 the Jewish community expanded the cemetery. In the same year it was fenced in due to vandalism - a tombstone was completely destroyed.
