Jewish cemetery Hockenheim
The Jewish cemetery Hockenheim is a Jewish cemetery in Hockenheim , a town in the Rhein-Neckar district in northern Baden-Württemberg . The cemetery is a protected cultural monument .
The dead of the Jewish community Hockenheim were first on the Association Cemetery , the Jewish cemetery Wiesloch , buried. In 1879 a separate cemetery was built on Heidelberger Strasse, which has an area of 5.72 acres . Today there are 53 tombstones left . The oldest gravestone is from 1880, the last burial took place in 1977.
