Jack Beauregard is a German electro-pop duo from Berlin, founded in 2006 . Front man, singer and guitarist is Daniel Schaub , the backing vocals and keyboards are from Pär Lammers . In 2011 the drummer Luca Marini joined the duo in live performances. The band name is derived from an aging gunslinger named Jack Beauregard in the movie My Name is Nobody .

Lammers and Schaub met in 2003 at the Amsterdam Conservatorium , the Conservatorium van Amsterdam . Lammers has been playing the piano since he was four and later learned to play drums. Schaub comes from a family of musicians. In 2009 the first album Everyone Is Having Fun ( Wallpaper Records ) was released. In 2010, the duo wrote two songs for the debut album My Cassette Player of the Euro Vision Song Test -Gewinnerin of 2011, Lena Meyer-Landrut : I Just Want Your Kiss and We Can not Go On . A year later the tracks Maybe and Push Forward followed on Lena's second album Good News . In April 2011, Jack Beauregard's second album was released with the title The Magazines You Read , on July 29, 2011 a remix of Casper's song So Perfect .

In 2010 the band toured England and Sweden. In the same year she appeared in the opening act for Mika . In 2011 they supported Hurts and Gotye .
