Jacob Klotz

Jacob Friedrich Adolph Klotz (born November 28, 1823 in Frankfurt am Main , † January 19, 1909 in Oberursel ) was a manufacturer and member of the Reichstag .

Klotz attended high school in his hometown, where he also learned the trade. He later owned a factory in Oberursel and was active in the Oberursel hospital association during the Franco-German War in 1870/71 .

From 1869 to 1879 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the Obertaunus district. From 1871 to 1874 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the German Progressive Party for the Wiesbaden 1 constituency .
