Carl Wolf (politician)

Carl Wolf (born January 6, 1834 in Frankfurt am Main ; † January 21, 1901 ) was a German Roman Catholic pastor and member of the Reichstag of the German Empire .

Life

Carl Wolf was ordained a priest in 1861 and then worked as a chaplain in Oberlahnstein , Wirges , Sossenheim and Nied . In Nied he was pastor from 1871. In 1886 he became pastor in Camberg and in 1887 at the same time dean of the Idstein regional chapter .

From 1887 to 1890 he was a member of the Reichstag for the constituency of Wiesbaden 1 district (Obertaunus, Höchst, Usingen) and the German Center Party .
