Jacques Fullard

Jacques Fullard (born September 19, 1974 ) is a South African racing cyclist .

Jacques Fullard won the sixth stage of the Giro del Capo in 1999 . Two years later he became the South African road racing champion. In the 2003 season he rode for the Barloworld cycling team and in 2005 he rode for the South African Continental Team Konica Minolta . In 2006, Fullard was national road champion for the second time. He finished the UCI Africa Tour 2006 in ninth place overall.

In 2002, Fullard was suspended for one year for failing to appear for several doping tests and fined 2000 Swiss francs.
