Jairzinho "Jair" Julio Baylón Iglesias (born February 26, 1989 ) is a Peruvian football player .

The striker comes from the youth department of Alianza Lima , for which he was also used in some first-team games.

At the beginning of April 2007, Baylón was observed by Werder Bremen . According to reports from Peru, he signed a contract for the 2007/08 season. In the end, however, the change did not materialize. Instead, Baylón signed with the Portuguese club Sporting Braga . There he could not assert himself. In 2011 he returned to Peru.

Baylón played for the Peruvian U23 national team. His father Julio Baylón played for Fortuna Cologne and FC 08 Homburg in the 1970s and he took part in the 1970 World Cup with the Peruvian national team.
