Janne Hietanen (born June 2, 1978 in Oulu ) is a Finnish football player who has played for AC Oulu since 2010 .

career

Hietanen started at OTP Oulu in his youth and also made his first appearances in the men's team in 1996. He came to Vaasan PS in 1999 through FC Jazz Pori (1997) and the Swedish club IFK Norrköping (1998 to 1999) . For the club he played in the top Finnish league, the Veikkausliiga .

In January 2002 the defensive player moved to Denizlispor in Turkey for a rumored sum of 130,000 , where he was active for a year and a half. Here he played in the UEFA Cup . 2003 he moved to Spain to second division side UD Las Palmas , but with whom he only 20th place in the Segunda División occupied and thus into the Segunda División B descent. In January 2005 he joined the Norwegian Tippeligaen to Tromso IL , before returning in the summer to Spain and Córdoba CF signed. With the club he was sixth in the Segunda División B. 2007 and 2008 Hietanen played again in the Veikkausliiga.

This time for AC Oulu from his hometown. Hietanen played 25 games and scored five goals. In 2008 he changed his club again and went to the French club ES Troyes AC , for which he played six times in Ligue 2 (French second division). For the 2008/09 season Hietanen went to the Belgian club KSV Roeselare , which he left again in 2010. Since 2010 he has been playing for his home club AC Oulu again (as of December 21, 2015).

Hietanen also played 16 internationals for Finland from 2000 to 2005 and was a Finnish junior national player several times before that.
