Janusz Danecki (Bishop)

Janusz Danecki OFMConv (born September 8, 1951 in Sochaczew , Poland ) is a Polish religious and auxiliary bishop in Campo Grande .

Life

Janusz Danecki joined the religious order of the Minorites and made temporary profession on September 5, 1971 . On December 8, 1975, he made perpetual profession. Danecki received on 19 June 1977, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On 25 February 2015 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Regiae and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Campo Grande. The Archbishop of Campo Grande, Dimas Lara Barbosa , donated him episcopal ordination on May 1st of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Manaus , Sérgio Eduardo Castriani CSSp , and the Bishop of Anápolis , Jan Kazimierz Wilk OFMConv.
