Jascha Rust (born October 29, 1990 in Berlin ) is a German actor .

Life

Rust made his first acting experiences in the elective subject "Performing Arts" during his school days. In 2009, he applied to Grundy UFA TV Produktions GmbH as an actor for a role in the RTL soap opera Good times, bad times . He then first completed a casting process and later a successful audition. Rust had then suspended his graduation for the time being due to the shooting; At the beginning of the shooting he was preparing for his Abitur .

From the 4697th episode on, which was broadcast in March 2011, he was in the series Gute Zeiten, haben Zeiten in the role of the US exchange student and sonnyboy Zacharias Benedikt "Zac" Klingenthal to see. He embodied the son of a successful architect and was one of the main cast of the series. His role bore parallels to Rust's own life; Rust himself was in Australia for a student exchange year . Since April 2015 Rust can be seen as Christopher "Kris" Haas (episode 687-703 as a social worker; from episode 704 as a trainee health and nurse) in the television series In All Friendship . In the fairy tale film The Tale of the Twelve Months , which was broadcast for the first time at Christmas 2019 as part of the ARD series “ Six in one stroke ”, Rust played the male lead of the young chef Valentin.

Rust is also a musician . He lives in Potsdam.
